​2024 Fall Season

Grades 1st through 6th
 We will practice once per week and we will have one game per week on the weekend.  We have joined the Baystate Field hockey league for an organized more opportunities for game play! You don't need to be a Newburyport resident to join our youth field hockey team. ​Our teams division Grades 1/2, Grades 3/4, and Grades 5/6. 

 

A Note for Middle School Players

For players in grades 6 who plan to play on the Nock Middle School field hockey team, you can play for Newburyport in both the middle school league and the Bay State league! More field hockey = more fun! The middle school team will remain free of charge, and the commitment is four days per week.   You will sign up for this league through the Athletic Department.  The Bay State league experience for players in grade 6 will be the same as it is for players in grades 1-5--practice once a week and play games once a week. We anticipate being able to avoid practice and game conflicts given that we assume there will be significant overlap between the two teams.

Spring Season 2025

Spring clinic details will be announce in the beginning of next year.   We plan on having a clinic one day per week for 6 weeks to develop their skills and have lots of fun.
