Our mission.
Newburyport Youth Field Hockey (NYFH) is dedicated to creating a fun and inclusive environment for field hockey players at all levels to develop individual skills, self-confidence, and a love of the game. NYFH values teamwork and good sportsmanship while practicing and competing.
Summer Camps 2024
Join Coach Shannon Haley for an unforgettable summer adventure at the 2024 Summer Camps! Two one-week camps will be held at Newburyport High School's turf on June 24th and August 5th. Register now on the Newburyport Youth Services website for kids in grades K-8.
Fall Season 2024
Fall season registration for grades 1-5 is closed, but Newburyport middle school children can still sign up through the Athletic Department. Don't forget to purchase the necessary equipment, including a field hockey stick, shin guards, a mouth guard, and goggles. Longstreth or Dicks Sport Goods offers a starter kit that includes a bag, shin guards, stick, and ball.
